Odell Beckham Jr. and Druski have both addressed their inclusion in a lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, denying any connection to the case.
The lawsuit, originally filed by Ashley Parham last October, alleges that she was drugged, kidnapped, and assaulted by multiple individuals after expressing her belief that Combs was involved in the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur. Parham claimed she was held against her will until she lost control over her body.
A recently amended filing has now named Beckham Jr., comedian and influencer Druski (real name Desbordes), and singer Jaguar Wright as additional parties.
Druski, 30, took to social media to strongly refute the claims, calling them “fabricated lies.” On X (formerly Twitter), he wrote:
“This allegation is a fabricated lie. In 2018, I wasn’t even a public figure—I was broke, living with my mom, and had no ties to the entertainment industry. The fact that my name has been included is beyond ridiculous. My heart goes out to real victims of abuse, but I am fully confident that the truth will come out and expose those attempting to manipulate the legal system with false narratives.”
Beckham Jr., 32, responded directly to Druski’s post, expressing his frustration.
“Boy, I’ll tell you what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I know who I am, and I know who you are. Keep your head up. That name will be cleared. This is stupid.”
Meanwhile, Diddy, 55, is currently facing separate legal battles, including accusations of sex trafficking and racketeering. He has denied all charges and is set to stand trial on May 5 in New York.
In a recent development, one of Combs’ defense attorneys, Anthony Ricco, filed a motion to withdraw from the case, stating he could no longer continue under any circumstances. Despite his departure, Ricco assured that the trial would remain on schedule.
Combs remains in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after his arrest in September.
His legal team issued a statement dismissing the latest allegations as a desperate attempt to gain media attention.
“This new complaint—filed by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs—demonstrates the extreme lengths plaintiffs will go to in pursuit of publicity and financial gain.
“Mr. Combs was not in Orinda, California, on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there. The Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed that her allegations were deemed unfounded following a thorough investigation.”
The statement further claimed that, after her initial accusations were discredited, Parham created an even more “implausible” conspiracy theory involving law enforcement, civilians, and figures in the entertainment industry.
“Mr. Combs looks forward to his day in court, where these lies—and the motives behind them—will be fully exposed.”
